i'm trying to download to device in TIA portal V11, but i didn't find any accessible device in the subnet, can any one help me please to resolve this. please in attached 3 images that show the IP address configuration.

Hello,

can you ping the device with IP 192.168.0.2 ?
If the device is direct connected to the pc then you should use no router, try it to
set the IP of you pc to 192.16.0.3/255.255.255.0, No Gateway and no DNS Server adress.

Firstly, Thank you Christoph for all your responses.

I can't ping 192.168.0.2, and i tried to set the IP of the PC without Gateway and DNS, and the problem doesn't get out.

can it be that you have plug the cable into the wrong network Card?

In the screen:

Local -> Not connected = no physical conection betweeen PC and PLC
Local 2 -> connected but other IP Range

Can you make a screenshot of you Windows Network List (With Adapters)
