WinCC Comfort/Advanced v14sp1 update-10 download

I've just wasted hours and hours on downloading and installing TIA v14sp1 and WinCC Comfort v14sp1. The only installation I could find is located at However, I need WinCC Comfort/Advanced v14sp1, whereas the above installation includes WinCC Basic. So I found the WinCC Comfort installation link: The problem is that once you install STEP 7 V14sp1 update 10, you cannot install WinCC Comfort with an older update version. Furthermore, when I tried to install WinCC Comfort first, I could not install the STEP7 because the update-version is newer. Anyone knows a good solution (not a hack) ? I tried to request support, but I've already wasted more than a full day of working hours on downloading, installing, uninstalling, reinstalling... :/ - and would like to get this up and running ASAP !! If the software trial downloads available for WinCC Comfort and TIA are not compatible, then this is annoying and need to be fixed. We don't want to spend so much time getting the software up and running ! |

Hi, install Step7 V14 (Without WinCC Basic) install WinCC CA V14 then install the SP1 for both (or use the TIA Updater to do this) https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109740201 Christoph |

I did the same as mention, and it works perfectly with Wincc Advanced V14. Thank you all. |
