The batch project does not open on the Batch Server 2 computer and an error occurs

The computers were restarted due to the power fluctuation. In this project, there is 1 Engineering Batch Client, 2 Batch Server and 1 Client computers. After the computers were turned on, it was observed that the batch project was not opened on the Batch Server-2 computer and an error occurred. Attached are images of this problem.
