Downloading program to FLASH memory card -problem.

I work on H system S7-412H. I am  download PLC program to FLAH memory card and everything  is OK until  trying to put CPU in RUN mode. A message - "{8402} service cannot be performed owning to state of addressed object" is appear and CPU stay in STOP mode. I need more detailed information about procedure of downloading the program in FLASH card.

Your hardware config is all right? Maybe the program can't be downloaded because the target address and the module address are different. 

try to click on "accessible node" icon in order to check if the module is existing and what it's address then go to "HWConfig" and check if the module address match with the setting.
