Dear Team,

I have problem with my PG M5 display error. PG display show from power up to windows logo rolling state and after that, it turn to black. So, I tried to connect with display port with secondary and it show perfectly. when I check display ID, it is primary. How can I solve to this issue? Can I solve by updating BIOS? My bios version is V22.01.05. When I try to get BIOS update file from the below link, It cannot be downloaded. Please suggest me....!!!

The download is export restricted.

Why do you have to log in and register for downloading export-restricted software and what data do you need for this?

Yes, I can't download and even can't request for PG M5. But, I can request and download the BIOS update file of PGM6. So, what can I do for further process. My real problem is display error ( Not show at laptop display and showing at external display as primary ) as I mentioned on above post. I am hoping to be solved this error after upgrading the BIOS. Please advise to me if there is another solution.
