Is it possible to configure the ET 200SP HA for I/O redundancy in TIA Portal when using a 1518HF PLC?

I believe you can also use the LRedIO library (see below link) to connect the ET 200SP HA to a S7-1500H system:

Basically, if the IO-module offers a Value Status information, then the LRedIO library can be used. And this is the case with ET 200SP HA

The document mentioned above does not include information about the ET200SPHA modules. These modules also provide value status, and I can use the ET200SPHA for redundancy with the RedIO library?

If I have 30 redundant I/O modules, do I need to use 30 RedIO blocks in my program to handle them?

If you are using ET200SPHA modules in redundancy manner , you do not require LRedIO library,

This library is required only when ET200SP modules are considered to function as redundant modules.

The screenshot attached below shows that I/O redundancy with the ET200SP HA is not possible with the 1500 HF PLC in TIA Portal without the RedIO Library.

Under IO redundancy side by side and in point 4  its mentioned RedLib not required for PCS7

I am actually confused about this. In the screenshot above, there is no I/O redundancy in TIA Portal; it mentions that I/O redundancy is only possible in PCS 7 and STEP 7.

As my understand 

The function for IO Redundancy (Hardware with terminal block M0/L0, M1) is not available in TIA V18, only can use in PCS7 and Step 7. 

As per Connection of redundant I/O devices to S7-1500, you also can use ET200SP-HA with S7-1500 with RedLib (seperated analog input module)

Hopefully Siemens will have update can use in TIA in next update.

By using the SIPLUS ET200SP IM155-6PN R1 (6ES7155-6AU00-00HM0), can we achieve I/O redundancy? Is there no option for I/O redundancy in TIA Portal without the RedIO library?
