Tia V19 Wincc Download Error: the target path on the operator station is invalid

When I try to install, I encounter an error like this. I have read dozens of topics on the form. I followed the instructions but I cannot find a solution. Just one of the topics I examine; Support What is the reason for this?

You can use Compatibility Tool During the installation have you disabled all antivirus and firewalls on your computer? Are you using administrator rights? Is there other SIemens Software installed? (use the same on every station) do you see each other in SIMATIC Shell (ES and RT)? Which path do you use? can you send a Screenshot? I would also use the same user on both systems in Windows (just for testing if it has something to do with user rights) and also use the advanced Sharing settings in Windows,. not the simple one, and do also not free for everyone (use the specific user) Bye Murof
