very sry, so much mistakes inside description so I recommend better to include screenshots (not with photos but printscreen shots to JPG) inside ZIP from actual prj and also Online HW cfg to see possible difference. On other side, I see different successor product to your previous model, not same as you have replaced. Simply, if system says that mismatch is there, it is strange to say that it is not true and all was working ok previously. More data you share here, better sugestions you  can get.

We replaced 153-2AA02-0XB0 to 153-2BA02-0XB0 in January 2023, but we did not change the setting of HW Config R3~R7 Station (it is still 153-2AA02-0XB0). Until January 24, 2025, R3 Station has an error (the left IM153 module is normal, the right IM153 module BF1 Slow Flashing, BF2 Red light, Different order numbers detected). We have replaced the 153-2BA02-0XB0 module and Profibus connector, but the problem still exists.

1. Why has it been running fine for 2 years but suddenly has problems? What went wrong? (R4~R7 Station still work ok now)

2.If we don't want to change the hardware configuration settings (it maybe cause the device to become unavailable) and use 6ES7 153-2BA02-0XBA0, how can we do? Replace the IM153-2 backplane?

really I start to have feeling that my imagination with some tips is at the end but I recommend to you to pay attention to this only one ET which says difference, compared to other ETs. Any versions difefrence between of all of them? I see there v5.x but take a look to this also. In case as final recommendation, SR is every time recommended.
