I have two PG M6 with installed TIA Portal V16 and I want to upgrade them to tia V19.

Do I have to buy new licences or the old licences can be upgraded?

In attachment, there is a cover from dvd box which tells about installed software.

Sure, you can upgrade your V16 licenses currently installed on your PG. Here you will find the order numbers for the STEP 7 Prof. / Safety Advanced and WinCC Advanced Upgrade -> V19 licenses:

Sales and Delivery Release for SIMATIC STEP 7 Professional / Basic V19

Sales and Delivery STEP 7 Safety Basic / Advanced V19

Delivery Release SIMATIC WinCC V19

Please also make sure that the operating system of your Field PG M6 is compatible / released with the V19 software version.

I also have the PG M6 that came with TIA V16, I have it successfully running TIA V13, V14 SP1, V15, V15.1, V16, V17, V18 and V19.
