we Got error in drive G120C Series F07404, Not Every time but very less time, so kindly suggest what we need to check.

 Like Tracktor said, more info is needed about the mechanics you have. What is the drive connected to?

Does the alarm appear when the drive is decelerating, constant speed or accelerating? What is the product maximum movement speed on the conveyor, how many mm/s or m/min is the speed?

Do you have a brake resistor connected to the drive and have it configured? If no, and the alarm appears on deceleration phase, the ramp down time is too short and/or you are missing the brake resistor.

As This motor is not Break Motor So, We Dont Connect breaking Resistore.

 Mechanical break on the motor doesn't mean that you need a breaking resistor. A breaking resistor is needed when the motor turns in to a generator when it's decelerating. When the motor acts a a generator, the DC link voltage starts rising adn you get the F07404 alarm on the VFD. With short ramp times, and no breaking resistor, you can get that alarm.
