Hi.

I have the same problem, but when I insert SinaParaS it did not communicate with the driver (Error 1) .

It is so strange because the telegram 111 is communicating 100% because I can move the servo.

In the screenshot I was trying to read the parameter 2585 and it should show me -300  but did not work. I also put an screenshot from the sinapos to show that the telegram is working.

I can't use the Startdrive, I'm just using the starter software and tia portal v18. 

I'm using an s7-1200 and CU310-2PN with a PM240-2.
