S7-300 Profibus with ET200S Compact 16Di/16Do

I have a network consisting of several profibus elements. Only one Et200S compact works in my network. The other 2 do not connect. SF is constantly displayed on them and BF flashes I could not determine the cause. Because I also have two spare ET200S Compact I did a small installation only CPU and ET200S and despite everything, neither wants to connect and there are the same symptoms. What I have already checked: - Addressing in Tia and real - Cable pulled out from another device working in that device. - on both ends of the cable we have Trim to ON - ET200S DIP - the first one is OFF - I changed the Profibus network types to Dp and Standard - I changed the Profibus speed from 1.5 mb to even 184 kb I have observed: - On the device communicating correctly ET200S when I do not have the master connected, only BF lights up. On two ET200S devices that are not yet working, SF lights up and BF in this case - Sequence when starting ET200S with the problem: - - Power ON - - ON led - - SF and BF led - - one flash SF, BF stays as it was - - Both SF and BF light up - - Then BF blinks and SF lights up constantly. My questions because this is the first time I'm making an application on Profibus outside of communication with HMI: - Is the Et200S Compact device itself connected and configured separately? - How can I check the alarm buffer from ET200S in Tia - What else can I check? Devices: cpu 314c-2 dp - 6ES7314-6CF00-0AB0 ET200S Compact - 6ES7 151-1CA00-3BL0 Tia Portal V13 Old devices because I am expanding the functionality of an existing system. Photo attached.
