We have this PXC100 device and yesterday we power cycled it and now it will not start our air handlers, or our chiller.  OUr Vykon shows faults trying to talk to it and gives zero values.  This sounds similar.  no red lights or anything abnormal then before when we have power cycled this unit.   Our building right now is warming up and we are trying everything to get it back up.  Any help would be great.  

we can ping the local ip of the PXC100 and we can serial into it via USB but do not know the password.  We bought this building with all this in operational mode, so we are at a loss.

Is the controller in ready state mode ? Can you access thru HMI port and try to locate points and programs ? Oh I just saw you do not have the password. Try to log in with LOW /LOW or MED / MED (generally HIGH password is changed from default HIGH) and try to find points (you should at least have access to point logging (P, L , enter)
