Hi everybody,

1/ I use wincc unified v18 update3 on a Windows 10 IOT 21H2. When I put a runtime shortcut in the Windows startup folder, the runtime does not launch. And this even if the runtime is checked with administrator rights. I have to launch it manualy.

2/ In the Runtime software I activate autostart but the project icon remains yellow and the application freezes. Do you have any idea to make the autostart function work?

3/ How to make a simple button that allows you to exit the Edge browser? I tried using a batch file with a taskkill which works when I launch it manually but when it is launched by wincc it does not execute the taskkill function although it manages to execute a writing function in a text file . do you have an idea?

1/ I use the Windows folder in which we put the programs that should launch
at startup. shell:startup When restarting the PC I do not see the runtime
running automatically (no runtime popup) and I cannot find the runtime in
the task manager either.

Solved:

    After regenerating the certificate then reloading the program and loading the web page from localhost instead of the IP address it works.

2/ I did another test. just enable autostart in the runtime software and
restart the PC. it doesn't work either, the project activates the yellow
icon and freezes without doing anything else.

3/ I have a PC on which I run the runtime. The screen is touchscreen and
the customer will not have a keyboard or mouse. Edge is launched in kiosk
mode. I want to add a button to exit Edge and return to the Windows
desktop. I created a batch file with: taskkill /f /im msedge.exe
which should run when the button is pressed. the problem is that the
runtime does not have permission to execute the taskkill command.

I try to find an solution with script powerswhell .PS1
