If you use WinCC V7.5 Sp2 Upd4 or newer (as you have) youhave to import the communication certificate of yourTIA portal S71200 project with the Tool WinCC SCADA Export (you need the certifiacte, if you want to use the secure HMI connection or not):

you only have to to an export and open the export in WinCC-> the first time you do this, the certificate will be imported.

Hello 

I´m not sure whats happening in your situation. If you have worked with the scada export tool then the certificate is imported automatically the first time you import it in WinCC.

And all I know is that you have to do this step if you use aPLC with a FW that is able to do the secure HMI communication and also if you use a WinCC Version newer  or equal to V7.5SP2 Udp4 you have do use the tool (at least for the certificate)...
