OPC UA Client Tag Import

Hello,

I am facing problem in browsing the WInCC OS server tags on OPC UA client (OPC Expert) through OPC UA server. I am getting connection of OPC server healthy but when i am trying to import the tags then its showing 0 folder found. (screenshot of OPC expert attached)

I have separate OpenPCS7 station and separate Wincc OS servers.

I have checked 'Automation Projects' folder where both (SPOSA and downloaded file) the .dcf files are present. Even certificates is also present in PKI folder.

I have cheked log file from trace folder which is showing 'GetWinccLicenceinterface failed! (hr=0x80040154) and 'certificates invalid or expired' (Log file attached)

Is anybody gone through this type of problem? Any Solution?

I have generated the new .der and .pfx certificates by running the service. But now i am getting a new error saying ' Low Level Communication error occured, channel connect failed"

Even i have more doubt on 'GetWinccLicenseInterface Failed"

Could you please help me out for above errors/
