Hi, I got some feedback from the developers. Basically the login method is the same as in the browser. So if it works in the browser, it should work in PIU. However, it is necessary to be able to access SIOS (or SiePortal) without having to acknowledge an SSL warning, as this cannot be done by PIU. But most likely everyone posting here in the forum will have no problem accessing the platform using the new Siemens ID. So to get this problem solved for you, you should create a support request. Kind regards |

Hi BeppeConti, First of all, it is important to manually uninstall version V1.0.0.0, as this is unfortunately not done during the installation of version V1.1.0.0. This solved the login problem for me. If this does not solve the problem for you, please create a support request so that development can focus on your problem. Kind regards |
