I oppen HMI PIU, login to my account, and then I only get a screen showing "Fetching data". Nothing happens when I click anywhere in this screen. Any ideas? Attachment HMI PIU.jpg (1711 Downloads)

Installed HMI PIU on a Win10 virtual machine with TIA19, all good, but when trying to login to HMI PIU, nothing happens. The username and password fields are visible (and the recommendation to use SIOS login), but when entered nothing happens, just stays in the login window. Not even any error. Is the service up and running..? Just trying to get panel images for V15-V17 TP700 Comfort

I heard that Siemens is working on it but in the meantime you can also use the Panel Images offline Installation: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109825750 Check in the FAQ there is a Readme and installation file for Offline installation. this should also work in newer Versions like V19 for example Bye Murof
