USB PC Adapter not installed with Step7 V5.5

Hello All I have install Step 7 software V5.5 SP3 on the engineering Station that we have Windows 7 The problem In the PG/PC Interface Parameter, when I double click on ‘PC Adapter (MPI)’ I get the first message error (page 1), and with confirmation OK I have the second window proprieties-PC Adapter(MPI) (page2) when I try to select USB Connection in the local Connection Tab I didn’t find the USB selection any (aucune). Please see attached pdf files. I now that the functionality of PC-Adapter USB is integrated in STEP 7 V5.5Please let me know how can I solve this problem?Thanks in advance.Attachmentmessage1&2.pdf (546 Downloads) |

In device manager what is the status of USB adapter when you pluged in USB port? |
