Dear Experts,

i am facing an issue with synchronization of Redundant S7 414 CPUs. I have uploaded the Program to 01 CPU and its in RUN mode. but other CPU is not going in Run mode. all the synch cables are connected. Both the CPUs  rack0 LED glowing green and both are master.

In the same system Rack0 CPU is in Run Mode but Rack1 CPU is not synching with Rack0.

kindly suggest solution and what may be the issue.

  I can suggest you:

Check diagnostic buffer, it may helps you findout the cause and remedy.

Make a project backup by uploading the system.

If you have a reliable project backup,perform factory reset on both cpu, and then check if the rack status problem will persist or not.(if not im curious what will happen if change the rack switch of both cpu( and replace the rack posotion),then power on the system)

At last you may need to replace the problamatic cpu.

Can you let us know which OB's you have downloaded for H-CPU's?

Also for license issue, upgrade licenses are required from V7.0 to V8.0/V8.2 them from V8.0/V8.2 to V9.0 SP3 updated versions.
