Hllo Spport; The first 2 pictures you showed are for 2 different CPUs, one promary and one standby? I ask because both pictures present an active LED Rack 1; in a redundant system S7-400H one CPU should be rack 0, the other rack 1. It seems that both racks are operating in stand-alone mode, which can cause all knds of errors, since for example you should not have the synchonization modules active and connected on the CPUs in this case. I suggest that as a first step you choose one CPU as primary and set it as rack number 0, usig the switch at the back of the CPU module. This is shown in the screenshot belw, taken form the S7-400H v4.5 manual: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/1186523 We can then start looking at other issues you are facing.
