I have a 400H on site, when I checked HW status which shows both power supply are not recognized, but both of them are function well, I'm sure Hardware and HW Configuration are identical, please give me some advices, thanks.

Siemens has two types of S7-400 10A Power Supplies:

1. 6ES7 407-0KA0x-....
   Single type
2. 6ES7 407-0KR0x-....
   Redundant Type

You should implement in HW configuration what is already installed in the system. I am sure that the installed type is 1st one while the configured one is the second. Thus because normally if you use the 2nd one (Redundant type) you should insert 2 power supplies (in slots 1&2 for 1st power supply and slots 3&4 for 2nd Power supply) and then insert the CPU.

And that I didn't see in your pictures.

Please have a look at the power supply itself and ensure with its part number and ensure that you inserted it correctly in HW configuration. Then download again and I believe the problem will be solved.
