Hello siemens support, We have purchased S7-400 and PS unit. During transportation entire panel damaged, recently rectification work done, but now we facing CPU unit power supply problem (5V indication not working PS unit and no indication shown in CPU and IP also not working. hi Sunny@2022, If you cannot go online to get a further diagnostic on the Power module, and it doesn´t do what it should do I recommend you to contact the repaircenter. Contact data can be found in Contact Database, regards, |
