To my knowledge, it is possible to use FF H1 with S7-400H CPUs, but only as part of PCS 7 environment, It wll not work with Step 7/WnCC. In a PCS 7 evironment, you can use the Compact FF Link (IM 655‑5 FF) as a Profibus-DP extension for FF:

As far as the S7-1500H is concerned, I can find no entries suggestng tht Siemens has implemented FF as part of their fieldbus capabilities. Maybe smeone here will have more information on the subject.
