Good day..

Bluescreen has something to do with hardware error.Try to do the following;
a) hard disks - check the available space or if possible try to replace this hardware coz most of the time this is the main cause of BLUESCREEN error.
b) softwares - conflict of the software installed, try to uninstall unimportant software in your PGM2
c) reformat - the best solutions for this problem is to reformat the PG, just make sure to back-up all of the important files, licenses and drivers (https://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/llisapi.dll?query=Field+PGM2+drivers&func=cslib.cssearch&content=adsearch%2Fadsearch.aspx&lang=en&siteid=cseus&objaction=cssearch&searchinprim=0&nodeid0=33516848&x=25&y=13)
