I need to convert some Codesys code to the correct language readable with Siemens product, using the 300/400 Hw equipment or 1200, 1500.

Have you tried to google?

There is at least one commercial product offering such functionality. At least to some extent.

There are also appropriate services offered.

But bear in mind that due to hardware differences between the two full automatic conversion in general is not possible.
