So is thier any limitation to add ET200SP IM 155-6 PN HF/3, 6ES7155-6AU30-0CN0 in MRP ring

There is no limitation to add 6ES7155-6AU30-0CN0 in a MRP ring with S7400H. This ET200SP supports MRP and S2 Redundancy for working with a fault tolerant system.
