What I do wrong? 

Hours Counter displays the correct value of hours and minutes in the Lsc software, but the message display shows the hours in minutes. In LWE graphics, the numerical value is not visible at all. 

In LWG graphics: ScaleTime, Block Type VW, Block Number 34, Time Minutes (HH:mm).

The value passed in the DWord (VD) is the total time in minutes.

However, you set the block type for Scale Time to "VW," but it must be "VD."

So Message text must use Time Bast Minutes -> Hours and LWE Graphics VW -> VD

I'm sorry but I don't understand what you mean with this ....
