What is a technical difference between Atom X6413E vs Atom X6414RE - vs price in IPC227G?

X6413E - 1,5GHz basefrequency, 3GHz 1 x CPU Turbo, 2,4GHz 4 x CPU Turbo + 500MHz GPU with 750MHz Turbo

X6414RE - 1,5GHz basefrequency, no Turbo + 400 MHz GPU with no Turbo

Why the X6414RE is [snip] more expensive? Doesn't make sense to me...

when comparing these two processors, it is noticeable that the x6414RE supports Intel® Time Coordinated Computing.

I had a similar thought/question to Kozin.

From my understanding, this intel feature about optimising real-time computing, so would this mean that the RE processor is better when you run a software controller (e.g. CPU-1507S), and the E would be better when just running WinCC RTAdv/Unifed?
