Hi to everyone,
I'm having a difficult time fixing a problem with an old Simoreg DC - converter (6RA7028-6DV62-0)

I'm no expert of this device and I'm dealing with a machine that's almost older than me

As soon as we send the run command (via plc) we receive the fault " A031 ". 

I read on the forum of similar cases, but they all used analog tacho, while we use an encoder; so, none of the solutions seems to work in my case

Reading the other topics on the forum and in the manual the error should be coming from a wrong speed feedback. What I don't understand is why the error is 

We tried to change the encoder, but we receive the same error

I checked the paramters listed on the manual error's descritpion:

Here are the actual values:

P388 = 3

P390 = 3

P590 = 174
P591 = 167

Any advise will be of great help
