Our client want to upgrade Siemens product: Sicomp SMP16 CPU (i guest )40/41 as picture attachted:

Request from client:

1. The spare part of this system discontinues, so they want us to upgrade new system for them. S7 series or new Sicomp system.
2. Hardware component in system:
1. Power supply (B0602,26,27)
2. Hard disk (B0603)
3. CPU (B0604) I guest it’s CPU 40/41
4. VGA card (B0605)
5. B0606 (I don’t know)
6. Digital input 32CH
7. Digital output 32 CH
8. Counter board 32-bit incremental (2-4Mhz)
9. Analog input (16CH)
10. Analog output (8CH- 16bit)
11. Communication board Master E591
12. Communication board Slaver E592
13. HMI Sictra manufacture

We need your support :

1. Hardware:
1. How to choice the new hardware replacing all hardware component above ,with best optimize solution ? ( S7 series or new Sicomp)
2. But the I/O card for PC427B ( in CA01 catalogue) ,I think it doesn’t enough I/O for replacing old system Sicomp I/O. Please support us how to change CPU and I/O.
2. Software:
1. How to upload program and hardware configure in CPU40/41? Which program I must use (Rmos ? )
2. How to convert this program to new CPU.
3. Our client gave us the PCLOG program? What’s function of PCLOG program?
4. Can we convert the program to S7 series as convert from S5 to S7 ( we have knowledge to convert S5 to S7)
