Hello Khairie; If you have a SF LED active while the CPU program continues to run, this is probaby because the sspecialized OB for this type of fault (probably OB 122, I/O Access Error) is loaded in the PLC program. An I/O Accress error will happen if in your program netwoks you ask to read or write am address linked to a Profibus slave (or Profinet I_Device) that is not accessible for the moment, because the bus has failed. Since in your diagnostic buffer messages there are many slaves that indicate this type of error, it might be useful to examine the status of the different Profibus slaves attached to the CPU, and the terminators, connectors and cables used to create the network..For more details, I can recommend the following checklist: https://us.profinet.com/top-5-reasons-your-profibus-network-failed/ Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |
