Hello,

In our facility we are having F030 fault frequently with Simoreg DC Converter.

In manual I see possible causes but how can I solve that problem? What is your suggestion?

Thank you for the respond. I checked from converter and U580 is 7 now.

Could you please tell me that why do we need to change from 7 to 3? What do number 7 and number 3 mean? 

I could not see anything when I check from manual for 3 and 7.

the value 7 is the sum of 1 and 2 and 4

Thank you for the respond. After doing my search,

7 means 0111 = Criteria 1,2 and 4 activated

3 means 0011 = Criteria 1, 2 activated, 4 not activated.

So, that means we are masking criteria 4. Only my concerning is do you think does it cause any damage to converter as masking?
