i was looking for product lifecycle and came accross this PLC which is shown as a family of CPU 511-1 PN

6ES7511-AL03-0AB0 image below, but i cant find this in the TIA V17 under CPU 1511-1 PN. However in CPU 1513-1 PN it looks like its predecessors are available but that CPU is completly different,

Does any one know why that is?

I see that it is released last year. But it has same CPU number 511-1 PN as 6ES7511-1AK02-0AB0 

Is this successor of 6ES7511-1AK02-0AB0? As 6ES7511-1AK02-0AB0 it is about to phase out in 11/2024.

But in this case, the CPU goes into error and indicates that there is a difference between the online and offline configuration. (TIA V17)
How to solve this situation?

You have accidentally chosen the incorrect sub-family of s7-1500 PLCs.

Since the physical hardware is *-1AK0*, you need to choose the highest version with 1AK in the middle part.  In your case, that is 1AK02.

When you are looking to add PLCs, when you click on a PLC in the hardware catalog, at the bottom right pane is a brief description of the selected PLC.

Compare the 2 parts in the hardware catalog, or download the s7-1500 system manual for a more detailed description, or visit the Siemens Industry Mall and compare datasheets for the 2 PLC part #s, or use the TIA Selection Tool.  There are probably other ways available, but they do require you looking more than asking.
