I have the same problem with one laptop (tia portal v13 sp1 upd6). No accessible devices on network. Other laptop (v13 sp1 upd5) - all fine. Bigest difference I see in PG/PC interface is SIMATIC Device Driver 09.00.06.02_01.01.00.02 vs 09.00.06.02_01.01.00.01 and SIMATIC Device Driver WOW 29.00.06.02_01.01.00.02 vs 29.00.06.02_01.01.00.01

02 - no access. Reinstaled network drivers, connected through router - no success.

A month ago all worked fine. With the same CPU's.

for most of users here have problem with some antivirus SW, so try disable antivirus SW and try again. You can also try disable Firewall, but with this I will be very carefully.

For months I had on and off problems connecting and at times I was locked out of the entire day and spent hours upon hours trying and usually when I connected back on I had no idea of what the problem was. I uninstalled  anti-virus software and firewall and did many system restores and sometimes it worked and sometimes not. A week ago or so I spent an entire day doing everything I could to find the root of the problem and whenever Ii thought I knew what it was I recreated it and to confirm that I knew what the problem was.

For me it turned out to be Window Defender and WIFI connection, the latter of which quite surprised me. Also I found out that turning something off doesn't mean it's off. I often have to turn windows defender on (because i have it off all the time) then turn it back off.

The lesson is to look for everything even those that seem unlikely and to document everything you suspect and when and how the problem starts and is resolved.

ok, but it seems that your PC has another subnet or IP, therefore system must assign new temporary IP to successfully connect to PLC. If your PC has (in that your case from picture) same subnet and IP f.ex. 192.168.0.254, everything will be working correctly. That additional temp IP was living till new restart of PC f.ex. If you will have again this situation, look at Ethernet adapter properties, there can be that additional IP cretaed.

I had the same probleme as it is.

On my PC HP probook was installed Tia and also Mocro/WIN. And this was the my problem. I uninstal the Micro/win for s7 200 and the Tia starts working correcly. During the uninstalling I got the popup message, that microwin is mainly for W2000 and XP and there can be problems with connections.

sry but you didn't post what OS, Microwin version. This situation is like Win7 x64 and some Microwin version that isn't functional in Win7 x64 (4.0-4.0 SP8). If you've installed this version (not SP9) in Win7 x64 , probably you can corrupt more other things. So pls carefully read requirements for SW instalation.
