Greetings.

A company brought this (second hand) plastic inyecter machine with the Coros OP35 Panel, very old (year 1997 maybe).

When they tested it for the first time, this warning poped up in the screen saying:
"256 without memory in the getbuf system"

The Coros op35 manual says it has very low memory to execute the selected function, and i dont understand the meaning of this, since (as far as i know) you can't select any pre build function to begin with. 

If someone can enlight me about how to aproach this problem, i will be extremely grateful.

the picture is in spanish language, but the warning is showing inside the box named "Temperature controller" .

It is easy enough to locate the description of error 256, in the OP 35 manual:

It is more difficult to help you apply the proposed solutions (see the scteenshot below). They all depend on your access to the original project file, since you cannot upload a modifiable program from the unit. The programming software mentionned in the manual is Protool, with version 1.3 and 2.0. Do you have this software on your programming PC, along with your project?

I haven't acces to any internal data of this COROS OP35. 

The only thing i know right now is that they bought this machine and when they tried to test, this warning popped up. 

I know is hard for you to help me without any further information, but maybe there is something i can check in the screen that may be out of normal, maybe the PID values are out of range or something like that. 

edit: what kind of configuring cable uses the COROS OP35?

sadly i have not access to any internal data like the original project. 

I have checked what you share and i realize i have the 32 MB PCMCIA memory required. 

Is this kind of error solvable only using the original program? is not there some kind of backup inside the COROS OP35 ?
