Hi, I was hoping I could get help. I have a Siemens logo 8.3 and I would like to integrate a Phoenix IL ETH BK DI8 DO4 2TX-PAC modbus coupler into the project. The main problem I have is that the modbus coupler only supports FC3,4,6,16,23 and what would normally be fc1/2 can only be accessed Via holding registry. When I use the network analog input I can read the integer representation Of the 16bit word, but how do I convert that into some thing I can Use ie which inputs and outputs are on. I am able to write to the phoenix digital outputs using a maths instruction FB But I just need to figure out how to reverse this process. I have attached a working example of the logo having its inputs switched, converting it to a analog value, sending it through a maths function and on to the Network analog output. Each logo input will switch the corresponding phoenix output on/off, ie logo input 1 will switch phoenix output 1 on/off Any help would be much appreciated. I use the HR number from your example. The LOGO! has a offset of +1. |
