Hello All.

I have a barcode scanner connected to an usb port of a TP900 comfort pannel.

The scanner runs perfectly for hours then disconnect automatically (the laser desapear).

So we have to disconnect it and re-connect again to reactivate the scanner.

It seems like the hmi disconnect automatically the usb port...

Someone knows where is the problem ? There is a parameter to set on the hmi to avoid this kind of automatic deconnection

Hello. We think that, but no, the scanner doesn't have a sleep mode. its sure that the problem coming from the hmi
