Hey did you solve the issue? I have a similar one and i have two other alarms,

"PLC certificate is untrustworthy. Manuel trust is not possible."

"Partner is not fully operational."

"Connections: connection to the HMI device is lost."

i have checked the PG/PC interface and tried setting the date to one inside the certificate range,

Neither seems to work.

Help would really be appreciated!

which PLC (and which Firmware Version) do you use and which HMI Software and Version?

If you use the secure HMI communication then you have also to take care of Date/time on PLC and HMI. The certificate of the secure HMI communication has a start and end date. So the HMI and PLC time has to be uptodate and equal.

It depends also with HMI you use to give a more suitable answer and what you have to look after...
