I’m going to use one of the S300 PLCs to control the refrigerator and freezer that is ongoing in our project in the design process. I’m looking forward to knowing if is it possible to use a compact PLC like 314C-2Dp that can read 3 PT100 and 1 pressure sensor with 4-20mA output simultaneously. Or do I have to the other S300 series and add the AI module according to the RTD card?

you don't need a "compatible" sketching system. You need "only" the right macros for your electrical drawing.

You can use e.g. EPLAN, WSCAD, ELCAD, Autodesk electrical, Solidworks electrical and so much more.
There are very different licenses with very different prices.

If you are a student, you can use a education version of the most of this software.

For a more precision answer it's necessary that you tell us what you want to do.
