I'm new here, but I have a problem with my panel mp277 10" key 6AV6 643-0DD01-1AX1. The panel hangs/tilts in the bootloader menu with this message "MP277-8 bootloader key version 1.2" Date: 06/26/2007" I've read that you need to do a factory reset or update the software, but I haven't done that before. Can I do this with just an RS232 PPI-Multi-master-cablo drive? Please give me some advice. I would be grateful for any advice!!!
