Hello Abdul Saboor Javed,

The software required to program the KTP400 Comfort is WinCC Comfort which is included with TIA Portal. I attach the latest version available for download: TRIAL Download STEP 7 Basic/Professional, STEP 7 Safety Basic/Advanced and WinCC Basic/Advanced/Professional/Unified  

As for passwords and users, there are none that come in the panel by default. Only the ones you configure.

As for the connection with the PC, you can do it through the PROFINET interface of the panel.
