I am using an S200 servo drive with an S7-1215C PLC. When I am trying to configure the Technology Object → Configuration → Basic Parameters → Drive & encoder option. When enabling “Automatically apply drive values at runtime (online)," at that time the drive does not get enabled via the MC_Power block.

When selecting “Automatically apply drive values during configuration (offine)” only drive is getting enabled. In this case, whenever I download the Technology object, the Axis reference is missed. How to resolve this issue.

seems that the drive configuration values are not fitting to the configuration values in the PositioningAxis.
In case of enabled “Automatically apply drive values at runtime (online)," what kind of Error Message does the MC_power block provide?

Dear Sam007s,

as S83 already described, the communication settings of the TO and the drive must be the same. Please check if the Online/Offline configuration of the S200 is equal.

It is described with a GSDML file but the configuration of the communication is nearly the same.

I found the issue. After update the S7-1215PLC firmware V4.5 to V4.6 this issue resolved. Because I am working with TIA V19 with Positioning_Axis version V8.
