Hello AutoGen_8d420 First of all you should check the compatibility of the combination of your Win10 version and the used WinCC RT Professional version. https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/en/view/64847781 often some Win10 builds are not tested and also the newer builds in the compatibility list can only be used if you use some updates for the WinCC RT Prof version. Also you should check if you use already the latest upd for your TIa Portal V16 and also of your WiniCC RT Professional. I would recommend using the latest updates because TIA V16 is already an older version and will not be developed any more.
