Can i use cpu 313C (6ES7313-5BF03-0AB0) for siwarex m module(7MH4553-3FA63)?

Hello every one, I need one clarification. I am using CPU 313C (6ES7313-5BF03-0AB0) in which i need to insert the siwarex M (7MH4553-3FA63) has to be used. Can i use cpu 313C for the following siwarex m module? Splitted from Configuring Siwarex M in step7 v 5.4 sp4 . |
