OP7-DP & ProSave backup error

mechatronic Posts: 8 Rating: (0)	Hello! I'm having a problem to make a backup copy of OP7-DP panel with ProSave V7.3.2.0. I get a connection without a problem. On brogress bar there is a note transfer in progress or saomething but after 30 sec. PC says "General communication Error". I also tried ProSave ver.1.1 and on a fifth atempt I've got my program into PC on baud rate 4800(took about 15min). But mostly ProSave v1.1 gives me Protocoll error. Any thoughts? Nemo Posts: 3149 Rating: (171)	Hi do you use a laptop? Sometimes, if laptops are running just with batteries/accu and then switching to energy-saving mode. This mode is sometime not providing enough voltage to laptop ports. nemo
