I have 8 inputs and 4 outputs, 4inputs switch on the coils and 4 switch off the coil through a SR flipflop (relay). Only one coil can run at anyone time and when one coil is switched off the next in line is switched on. Also ifone off the inputs to switch on a coil is activated then that coil takes priority.
My problem is if more than one input to switch on a coil is activated then no coils are on! What I want is for the coil with the lowest number to run for a time before the next coil that has the input signal state 1 to run until all coils have run.

I have tried to attach my program without any success. With LOGO it was possible to save it in my pictures then the file could be sent.
