PISCEAN 2010 Diamond Member Joined: 4/23/2010 Last visit: 11/23/2024 Posts: 8092 Rating: (883)	stcahndru dear sir we have a small mixer machine for pepoxy pipe menufaturing . we will use 2 types of liquid (chemical) epoxy and mda hardnner. now that mixing ratio is not working properly .meens ther is 2 dosing pump connected with a motor .in that dosing pump there is gear ratio for epoxy and MDA 2 ratio selector .if we set ratio it will give aproximate ratio out put .but i want exact ratio for pipe production . so i plan to put 2 dosing pump with 2 separat motor . and in thet out put i want to fix flow meter 10kg/minut another one is 3 kg/minut thet flow meter should give refarance to PLCs7 200 that will control the totel out put ratio for this purpase please advice for me plc ,and program with flow meter thanks chandran

Inputs for PID's are the Flow meter valuen(Analog input) and the PID output will control the Dosing motor depends on your setpoint and for your application setpoint is 100: 27. You can go with any PLC with PID capability in S7 200 or S7 300 with PID controll module.
