TP177B Touch control doesn't t work

mpeteiro Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Good morning, Today it has been the second time I have problems with the same Project in less than a year. The TP177B Panel doesn't work. The touch function is no longer active, but if you connect an USB mouse to the Panel, it works perfectly. This same problem was reported here: /tf/WW/en/Posts/21665 Could someone tell me if there is a manufacturing problem with a certain serial production of this Panel? First time I had this issue, I could not recover the Panel by any method. I would appreciate your help very much. I can't afford one more mistake with my client. Thanks in advance.

Hello, Please note that if the touch is do not working, then the touch screen is damaged and you can not recalibrate using mouse of course. Hope this helps.
