i have a other problem with other tp177a.

when I turn on it ,after load display menu," transfer,start,control panel" I can enter to control panel but I can not enter to start and lock tp177a.

also if press transfer after turnon , it not open complatly and lock screen.

Also after turn on and load if I do not teach tp177a,it after 5 sec lock screen.

what is problem??

Try to update the OS using Prosave and with reset the Panel to factory settings.

But the panel can boot the application and work normally with PLC, Am I right?

In my opinion He Can Set the screen to the factory settings then reinstall the application if he has it ....

also , i do not know that are there any program in operator panel.

also, when i will change adress in control panel . it need the password and i have not it.

 Do you mean that there a password in the control panel to change the address?

Is the panel in secure mode? 

Try to restore it to factory settings.
